It was my 12th day in Atria but, it was also my last. For my last day I started by walking with Katherine. She did an amazing job because she felt like she couldn't walk today but, she did anyways. After I to Katherine outside and just talked about her past, sports, and what I planned on doing after high school. After I talked to Katherine I went to say goodbye to all the residents that I walked, to the staff, and to some residents that I met in my fitness class. It was sad to say goodbye especially to Katherine, mainly because we bonded so much and I made a promise to her that I will go visit her sometimes. Overall I am thankful for the experience and my meeting of many of the residents and I am glad to have helped them in many ways.
